When returns and exchanges are NOT supported:

❗If you ordered the wrong size, or color, or had a change of mind.

❗We do not accept liability for failed deliveries; contact your local postal office if you have any issues.

When returns and exchanges are supported:

✅ In case of manufacturing error or defective product, we offer a replacement, or a refund if you contact us within 15 days of product delivery.

✅ If nothing is wrong with the product, but you still want a refund, or exchange, we can provide you with a replacement at an additional cost or a partial refund.
